It was pain free to apply for insurance to cover my pups and since I added preventative care, it was easy to file a claim. Reimbursement was quick too with direct deposit

Only 6 Days In
Was asked to review 6 days in and haven't used it yet. I don't enjoy the "waiting period" especially if I have paid for it already. I guess time will tell what my experiences will be

Our dog’s wellness claim was easy to submit on the mobile app. It was processed quickly (only 5 days this time) and was deposited directly into our bank account. The only part that wasn’t covered was a Lyme vaccine, but we got back more than half the total bill which really helps.

Filing a claim is so easy on line and the response time is very quick. I take comfort in knowing my dog(s) are being protected.

Amazing 1st Claim Experience
Customer service is always outstanding. I stumbled through the process as the first claim requires past medical history, but every time I called to check on the status, every claims rep was extremely courteous. I’m so glad I signed up with MetLife for my 2 babies!

Lifesaver
I've had this insurance for Denali since she was a puppy. It has been used multiple times and there has never been a problem. The claim process is super easy and the turn around time is outstanding. I am beyond satisfied with ASPCA insurance and highly recommend it.

Easy Process
I took my Puppy to the vet for his initial check-up. I filed the paperwork with Lemonade. The process was easy with no hassles. If you don't have pet insurance, first i would recommend getting it and second if you dont have Lemondade insurance as you insurance I would recommend swithcing.

I can't tell you how much it means to me that Trupanion jas my little girl covered. She fell ill suddenly and if it hadn't been for insurance, I am not sure how we would've been able to cover costs that saved her life... literally saved her life. Never disappointed, Always fair and prompt
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Trupanion as coverage on your fur babies. This is the first time we ever purchased insurance for our pet. Our full breed Silver Lab is highly active and adventurous. There’s NO hesitation to bring her to the vet for care. We have Never had to make a decision to not provide care, especially with inflation. Trupanion looks over the claims, and they pay 90 % of the visit. After, First meeting a $250 deductible for the condition , office visit fee and wellness portions. That seems like your not getting much, but trust us. The bills add up. Our baby has allergies, she’s on medication pills and injections . We met her deductible 6 years ago. For ALL Her medications , we receive 90%. She had surgery on her hind leg, $7000 and rehabilitation. We got back $5654. Again we highly recommend getting your family members ( fur babies) coverage. Great company!
