We have a 3-year-old Labradoodle
We have a 3-year-old Labradoodle. She is a member of our family and very important to us. We wanted an insurance company that took care of her if she was ever harmed and was reasonably priced with full coverage. ManyPets US did just that.

Worst first experience for insurance
Phone waits were 20-30 minutes, we adopted two 1yr olds, then one displayed and then was diagnosed with Guardia soon after they came home with us. The insurance company denied the claim because they said it was pre-existing. Because we mentioned, but were not sure, to the vet he may have been showing signs when we got him home. They denied us the claim. Because of this interaction I will never ever consider pet insurance, they will do all they can to back out!

Knowledgeable staff, answered all my concerns and couldn't make the process easier. Actually provides wellness coverage. Submitted claims for my 2 dogs for their check up and within days they were both approved and paid!

At first being skeptical of the idea of pet insurance, my mind was changed due the prompt responses to the claims I have filed with Healthy Paws! They hold true to policy coverage and are not inclined to rejects claims once the deductible and coverage conditions have been met. Absolutely no complaints, and I highly recommend their pet insurance products!

Best Pet Insurance Company
I used two other pet insurance companies (both for cats) before settling on Healthy Paws for our new cat, and I would not use either of them again after having Healthy Paws for several years. Healthy Paws does require that you pay the vet bill up front, then submit the claim with all the required information and payment receipt, but Healthy Paws has always processed my claims promptly, and within the rules of the policy. Over my several years of using Healthy Paws, I’ve had to call customer service two or three times to get clarification on something, and the rep was always easy to understand, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws for your pet insurance provider.

Easy to make claims and prompt support and processing. They stayed true to their word and honored all major claims unlike some other insurers that I’ve used in the past who used various excises to duck out. Great company and I hope they stay that way!
