I wish my health insurance was this good
We have been a Healthy Paws member for six years and luckily have had only one major health issue with our adopted dog. He recently underwent surgery on his knee for a luxated patella. The claim process couldn’t have been easier. I was nicely surprised that the check arrived within a week of submitting the claim and all of the surgery expenses were covered including post rehab treatments, no questions asked. They even followed up after the surgery to check up on his progress. If only my health insurance company was so customer focused! Sent from my iPad

I had another insurance with ASPCA For my baby Lucy, Lucy died from brain cancer. The Hospital bill was unbelievable ,but you guys were amazing and so supportive , I received 70 percent back via check as my insurance was .thank you for all that you do

I am a very unhappy customer whose…
I am a very unhappy customer whose stuck in a bad situation. I switched from another company to PetsBest; little did I know that a vet dermatologist said our dog MAY have a luxating patella. When surgery was required about 1 year later, I was told that this was now a PRE-EXISTING CONDITION. So…my dog had surgery, I’m out $2500 and they won’t cover it. I will never be a happy customer. I’m a stuck one because if I change to another company, I end up starting the pre existing clock again. I’m frustrated and feel cheated. Would I get PetsBest again? I don’t think so. One additional point after hearing PetsBest reply: I had a previous policy prior to this one and had gone through the torment of “pre existing condition” with our dog and had a very lengthy conversation when I took this policy to try to avoid a repeat. I feel I was misled because I couldn’t have been any clearer. I get an “I’m sorry the person didn’t provide correct or complete information.” But this doesn’t get me reimbursement for the $3000 medical bill. I’ve appealed it and got the same denial. It’s not right.

I highly recommend Embrace for anybody looking for high quality insurance and support for their pets. What I love the most about embrace is the ease of submitting claims, and the turn around time to get a reply back is rather quick. The customer service is also great, you can easily contact them and the reps seem very happy to assist you, I feel many of them are pet owners if I had to guess. They seem to share a common love for our pets as if they were their own. Definitely happy I went with embrace, and feel I am in good hands. Thank you and keep up the good work!

This company don’t ask for pet records until your first claim so if you paid for months and then file a claim they will decline it because of pre existing conditions
