Haven’t used my Pet Insurance as yet but getting set up for an account was relatively simple. I’m a 70-year-old woman and not a real computer savvy person. So, I found it user-friendly and set up my account and I look forward to using my Pet Insurance when needed. Thank you.

Best Investment for Pet Parenting
I adopted Nila from a rescue organization when she was 13 weeks old, saved from a high kill shelter in the south. I received one month paid pet insurance from PetFirst, now MetLife Pet. Nila is now 7 years old and having this insurance her entire life has made all the difference in giving her the care she needs. Wonderful customer service, prompt and accurate claim resolution. MetLife Pet is my one and only choice for Nila and any other pets I might have in the future.

I’m very impressed with the service and them honoring my policy and what my dog needed desperately without hassle and understanding to get it down quickly.
