Even Veterinarians DON’T Trust Trupanion
Please don’t trust this company. They’re just mushy marketing that panders to pet owners. They will deny your claim. My pet was diagnosed with a sebaceous adenoma on her shoulder when I adopted her a year ago. Four months ago a perineal adenoma appeared and I had it removed and it was confirmed with histopathology. We have been fighting with Trupanion for a month about the butt mass claim and finally they denied it say that she already had an adenoma on her shoulder, so they wouldn't be covering the one of her butt. THESE ARE TWO SEPARATE MASSES! From a cellular standpoint, they are not related. How do I know? I’M HER VETERINARIAN AND WENT TO VET SCHOOL! The sheer ignorance of histology from the claims department is astounding.

This company delivers what they promise. They have been great to work with, pay without a run around, and their customer service is accessible and helpful. I will never own a pet without Trupanion coverage. I tell everyone one about it. Worth every penny.

I am 100% satisfied with Figo. I love the Pet Cloud app. The 24/7 vet chat service is extraordinary and had saved me a couple of visit to the vet office. I submitted a claim and they reimbursed as promised. I renewed my contract; already on our second year.

I have been a Fetch/pet plan customer…
I have been a Fetch/pet plan customer for 7 years now. Luckily I have not had to use it much until this last year. It is easy to submit claims online and if you don’t send everything they need they will let you know exactly what you need to send in. Anytime I have talked or chatted to anyone it was a great experience. They keep you up on the progress of your claim and reimburse you as quick as possible. Highly recommend getting pet insurance while they are young with no previous issues. Really happy with Fetch pet Insurance.

Best choice I’ve ever mad
This was the best choice I have ever made. I went to my vet for my first check up with my cat 5 years ago and they recommended medical insurance. They gave me a Trupanion offer which was a month worth of coverage and after I called them to activate the coverage I decided to get the full policy that day. They were so friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. They also are the only company that pays my vet directly which has been so unbelievably convenient!! I come in every month for feliway and fortiflora and the ladies at the desk just process the bill right there and trupanion pays 90 percent and I pay 10 percent plus taxes. I have had my cat in for allergy testing, ear infections, eye infections, scooting and urinary issues, anxiety and stress yet my premium has gone down $10 for my cat since I started 5 years ago and I’ve used my coverage a lot. I am so happy I called them and took my vets advice. More vets need to talk about this!!!
