Fast processing, big premium increases
Just processed a claim with Trupanion. It was super easy through the vet office at payment. Approved same day. I was a bit disappointed that an exam for the issue was not covered. The premiums seem to go up every year, making it more and more questionable if it is worth it.

this company is a scam, i paid 150 per month for a year and no help.. the deductible for them is a joke,, its a varible deductible depends on yur animal situation. they can change at anytime.. scammers mother#####..

They make the insurance process as easy as possible to reduce the stressful illness experience.
It is extremely stressful for us watching our little dog suffering so much from a skin infection spread all over his body. Now vomiting. And has to see a specialist. The one thing we can control is insurance paperwork. It doesn't get any nicer than the way Embrace makes it for us and how kind they are, knowing this is stressful.
