I requested them to cancel my account
I requested them to cancel my account, but they didn't. The following month, after they took another monthly payment from my bank, I called them. Yes, they knew about my first request, but failed to do so. I was able to cancel my account after that 2nd request. Now I'm receiving emails thanking me for joining Spot Pet Insurance! Really??
