Excellent Experience
Have had HP for several years but was never happier to have them than when one of my dogs was diagnosed with cancer this year. The the claim filing UI is simple and the process from filing to reimbursement is generally rapid. And their customer service has been absolutely delightful the handful of times I've had to discuss a claim. Highly recommended.

Don't trust these snakes!!!
Don't trust these snakes!!!! My vet's office recommended them, and they were wrong!!! I thought I was setting up insurance for my 2 cats, and I was promised that they would call my vet for medical records and send me a packet 3 weeks ago! Meanwhile, today (Cyber Monday), 1 of my cats gets sick, and I have no insurance packet! The 1st couple of phone #'s on Google and their own website weren't willing to talk to me due to a "high call volume". I finally called another # and finally got someone to talk to me. The problem is she gave me a completely opposite response to what I was originally told!!! According to her a letter was sent to me a month ago, saying I had to provide the blood work and medical records for my cats!!! Not only was that not what I was told when I was setting up the insurance, but the letter never arrived!!! Do not trust these lying snakes!!! My cat, a faithful companion might die, and I could be out 10 grand because these lying pieces of poo didn't keep their promises to me!!!!!

Lemonade Provides Awesome Service!
I am so thankful that I decided to get a Lemonade insurance for my dog Fred. He was always been healthy boy until he suddenly couldn't walk. I thought it would be hard for me to get the reimbursement for his test and treatments but the app is user friendly and convenient so I easily submitted the claim without a hassle. If you don't get an update from them within a week ( since they have to review your claim) just message the customer service and they will act immediately on your claim. I will definitely recommend Lemonade on my friends and family. Keep up the good work!

For the most part it was easy to make a claim, the only thing I would have preferred would have been to be able to actually speak to a person on the phone to explain the process. Otherwise once you figure out the process it's pretty easy from there onwards.

11-27-2022 In my experience, Many Pets is the #1 pet insurance provider on the market today. I say this for many reasons. For instance, there are no caps on annual payments. Moreover, coverage is for the lifetime of your cutie, a rare benefit among pet insurance carriers. As you likely know, pre-existing conditions always limit coverage. Still, Many Pets will honor a pre-existing condition if your pet is free of symptoms and treatment for 18 months. From my research, no other pet insurance company offers this benefit. I also value that Many Pets provides blanket coverage. By this, I mean the company reimburses your costs for every type of pet care. This includes accidents, injuries, routine vet visits, and preventive care. Plus, you can bring your pet to any licensed veterinarian.
