I wanted to get accident insurance and then had to wait till the 1st of June a couple days later my dog ended up with pyometra which no one can predict they wouldn't cover her emergency procedure I thought that's what the insurance is for I added the wellness to for exams and rabies and all of that as well I got denied for it all

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Trupanion. My cat, Junie B, recently underwent surgery for a salivary mucocele, a condition that had been affecting her quality of life for months. She was struggling to eat normally, groom herself, and simply be comfortable. As any pet parent knows, watching your beloved companion suffer is heartbreaking. Having Trupanion made all the difference. Veterinary care can be incredibly expensive, and honestly, without pet insurance, I don’t know how I would have been able to move forward with the level of care Junie B desperately needed. Trupanion helped ease the financial burden and allowed me to focus on what mattered most: getting my girl the treatment she needed so she could heal and feel like herself again. Richard was super helpful and stuck with me thru the ordeal of being dropped by you all and having to reapply. My wife passed away almost two years ago and I didn’t realize that annual plans did autopay, and so you dropped my dogs. Not going to lie - that policy sucks. But Richard has been super helpful to get my dogs covered again. TLDR: bad policies made better by good people. Don’t lose people like Richard
