We have only been with Pumpkin Pet Care Insurance for a short time. We have only submitted one claim for and office visit for vaccines. Filing a claim and receiving reimbursement was very easy and quick. Great job, Pumpkin Pet Care Insurance. Thank you.

Hassle Free Reimbursements
The illness and injury coverage and reimbursement rates are great. Good customer service. My only complaint is that you can’t change your max coverage limit Year to Year without starting over and therefore having pre-existing conditions.

Pumpkin Insurance is a good investment for our beloved kittens
I like the company messaging and feel that I was treated respectfully during my evaluation of the policies I chose and during the first claims I filed. I feel having a Pumpkin policy for my two kittens will help them live long and healthy lives and help me manage the expenses for providing them with quality healthcare.
