Great coverage
ASPcA insurance is absolutely wonderful. I have had no issues with claims and reimbursements. Customer service is always helpful. I like that what they do and don’t cover is easily understandable in the paperwork. The only i wish i was able to would be to have the option to increase coverage at time of policy renewal. I was told i would have to cancel and reapply making everything a pre-existing condition

We love healthy paws
We’ve had healthy paws for 7.5 years and have always been so impressed with the service. Both of our dogs have been covered since we got them and I don’t know what we’d do without this insurance. Recently our dog had a life saving emergency surgery that cost >$10k. We didn’t even bat an eye when they told us the cost because we knew Healthy Paws would be there for us.

So far we've had a great experience with Pumpkin. We have had to file several claims and the longest I've waited has been about 2-3 week and as short as 2 days. So far no issue and they've covered everything I expected them to.

Despite the good service and payment in…
Despite the good service and payment without problem on one claim in the amount of $121.00 for the year, this company raised my rates by 30% to over $200/month - the highest of any other insurance. Even worse, when I went online and entered all the information using the same criteria as if I had a new dog to enroll, the quoted price was $136/month, $60 l less per month than they quoted me for my existing policy. That is $720 per year. I find their claim that this is based on "actuarial statistics" ludicrous since Trupanion, who covers my other dog with chronic liver disease and hypothyroidism, and who had extensive monthly labwork, a liver biopsy, and takes multiple medications, did not raise me once cent and is charging only $114/month for an intact female that is only a year younger and in the same location - also based on actuarial statistics. In fact, I am the only person to own this breed in my entire area and have not changed my vet, so I AM the actuarial statistic they rely upon. I find this completely unacceptable and am going elsewhere.
