My sweet Blue got cancer and Trupanion covered a percentage of all treatments as promised. The process to submit invoices is easy and responses were quick. The experience overall was stress-free. Highly recommend Trupanion.

Bad Business!
This company is not appreciative of new clients. They are charging an enrollment fee to “pay for the labor of signing up the account” why would a company pass along this cost to the customers and then charge them a premium. The premium should cover your labor cost. Bad business, I will stay away from them and suggest you do the same!

Congratulations to Trupanion for the professionalism, courtesy, and superb customer service displayed by their staff.
I recently submitted three invoices to Trupanion in relation to a condition that my pug was diagnosed with. Within three days Trupanion approved the claims and I got back whatever our policy allowed. During the process I had to call and speak to a couple of Trupanion claims specialists. They were so lovely, cheerful, courteous, professional and helpful. That's all we, as customers, need when we are dealing with issues relating to a sick pup. It just gives you one less thing to worry about. Thank you Trupanion!

Healthy Paws - Highly Recommend
Fast, reliable, and available on the phone for questions. Our dog has had to deal with some complicated health issues and Healthy Paws has delivered on the quality they advertise the whole way through.
