Super easy and have been a lifesaver…
Super easy and have been a lifesaver with my puppy. We are constantly at the emergency vet and the bills are not cheap. Once I submit my notes and receipt, Fetch keeps me updated on my claim until the money is in my account. Which usually only takes a few days from start to finish.

The right insurance for your pet!
I was in the market for pet insurance for my 3 cats. After careful consideration and extensive research, I decided to go with Pets Best because of what their coverage included and their competitive prices. For all 3 of them, I went with an Annual Deductible of $100, an unlimited annual limit, and a reimbursement level of 90%. I pay $90 total a month for this insurance. A month after purchasing this insurance I had to take one of my cats to the emergency room, he was going to the litter box constantly and couldn't urinate at all. For those unaware, this can be a serious matter which can lead to the death of your little feline within 48 hours if there is a blockage within their urethra. The emergency vet clinic performed the following services for my cat: A Urinalysis, Culture and MIC: $308 Renal (BUN/CRE/PHOS) Panel-Catalyst: $129 Lyte 4, Lytes: $74 Buprenorphine 0.5mg/ml: $28 Gabapentin 50mg Tiny Tabs: $80 Emergency Visit: $175 Tube check X-Ray: $176 Hills C/D FelineCanned Food: $11 UrineCollection (Cystocentesis/Catheterization): $54 Total: $1038 After all his testing my cat had a clean bill of health but they did find some crystals forming within his urethra which was the reason why he kept trying to urinate, we were prescribed some pain-killer medicine and a special food diet that would assist in destroying any remaining crystals. A couple of days after, he returned to normal and no longer had to use the litterbox every 10 minutes. We continued this treatment for 2 weeks and he's 100% back to normal. [A word of advice for all cat owners reading this, make sure your cats are getting enough water! A lack of water is a huge reason why crystals form in their urethra, especially neutered tom-cats. Cats mostly get their water intake from food and rarely use the fountains they're provided. We now add an extra tablespoon of water to all their meals whether it's dry or wet, this will insure good kidney health and prevent any urinary issues in the future.] After the clinic visit, I immediately submitted a claim to Pets Best via their app. I submitted the invoice and emailed them the information about the main vet I go to for my cats. From there they began a review of my claim. Within 4 weeks I was notified my claim was reviewed and I was able to see the explanation of what was approved and what wasn't (if any) in detail. [The new prices indicated are what was paid out to me because of my insurance plan] A Urinalysis, Culture and MIC: $177 Renal (BUN/CRE/PHOS) Panel-Catalyst: $116 Lyte 4, Lytes: $67 Buprenorphine 0.5mg/ml: $25 Gabapentin 50mg Tiny Tabs: $72 Emergency Visit: $157 Tube check X-Ray: $158 Hills C/D FelineCanned Food: $0 (Not covered due to Prescription diets not being covered by the plan) UrineCollection (Cystocentesis/Catheterization): $49 Total reimbursement to me: $824 Deductible: $100 Copay: $102 Not covered: $11 Original Total Bill: $1038 New Total Bill with Pets Best insurance: $214 I am very pleased that Pets Best worked and kept everything they promised. I know this review may seem a bit lengthy but I only do it to make sure people know what it is they're getting into. There have been some reviewers who have left negative reviews because they didn't fully understand the policy they purchased so they assume it's a "scam". I suggest anyone who is in the market for any kind of insurance to carefully read what is offered and what is not offered so that they know what to expect when they need to use their insurance for themselves or their little furry pet. If you're reading this and wondering if you should even get pet insurance; consider the following: Would you rather have insurance and not need it, or would you rather not have insurance and need it? Our pets are our family. We should treat them like it and give them the best quality of life that we possibly can. They will always love us unconditionally.

Best ever
I’ve had my dog covered by Trupanion for over 10 years and I don’t know how I would have managed her vet bills without them.

Woohoo Fetch!
I really like Fetch for our pet insurance. We've had it since July 2020, and while we didn't need to use it until this past October/November, oh boy, it really saved us to have. We have the policy of $250 deductible and $5,000 policy, up to 90% reimbursement. My Chihuahua mix tore her ACL and had to see a specialist and then get surgery, and we are so thankful we had Fetch as we could get the estimate for the surgery preapproved. Keep in mind though, that you must pay the cost of whatever it is upfront and then Fetch will reimburse you, so it's important to have a credit card on hand until you get the reimbursement. I also appreciate their timely customer service. All in all, we're pleased with Fetch as it saved us from having to pay a total of $4900 for her specialist appointment and surgery, so we only had to pay ~$200 out of pocket, not including the $250 deductible. Thank you, Fetch!

I have had all three of my cats insured…
I have had all three of my cats insured through fetch for the last 5 years and anytime I’ve needed any kind of assistance they were right on top of it. I’ve had to thank god only use it twice once when my cat was sick and another time just recently for dental issues. Both time they were quick and efficient in reimbursement. I highly recommend this insurance company for pets.
