Good product but DOUBLING my rate!!’
I never have an issue with them paying, and my vet does the trupanion on the spot. I pay an office visit and preventative care. However my rates are extremely high. They are literally doubling in January!!! Ridiculous!! I am stuck with either paying it or not getting coverage on pre existing conditions now. Even though she ingested something that caused liver failure, she’s an 8 year old Doberman, anything could happen. She’s had this company with little use for years!! I got her and a month free puppy plan. I’ve paid long term for all they’ve covered and doubling the rates is unfair and will cost the lives of pet’s when owners can’t afford it!

Claims were very easy to do.
The employees I talked to were very helpful and friendly. The process to submit claims was very easy and quick to do. These are my first claims so I can't rate the entire process to final conclusion yet.

Would no recommend! The company did not stand by the price…
The company did not stand by the price quote I was originally given, and didn’t give me enough notice of the price change for me to discuss the situation, because their customer service response wasn’t timely. I enrolled my dog as a mixed breed because she is a mixed breed. Embrace doubled my monthly rate because in one area on a vet’s paperwork they mentioned Frenchie mix, one page said Boston Terrier mix, and one said Frenchton. They wrote to tell me that my rate was doubling because I have a Frenchie mix. I feel like I was a victim of a bait and switch, and believe I deserved to be refunded for the two months I paid on a policy that they were no longer honoring. They took advantage of me, and now my puppy and I have to start over with a new company’s waiting period. I would NOT recommend Embrace to anyone. Beyond all of this, the response time was horrendous, which makes me think you would wait forever for a claim to be reimbursed.
