$4000 worth of claims and $0 given
We submitted almost $4000 worth of claims, related to our dog getting sick a few times & having to have surgery that cost much more than initially thought. Figo insurance didn’t cover a single dollar. We pay almost $60 a month and to not have anything covered - including sickness, exams or medicine related to that sickness, and a specific surgery required - feels like a scam. Do not purchase Figo! We will be cancelling and finding another insurance that actually helps cover unexpected fees related to the care of our dog.

Just signed up for ManyPets. First time every purchasing pet insurance. I went through Forbes for several quotes and ManyPets had great rates that are actually affordable. Lets see how the process goes should I ever need to submit a claim (fingers crossed) I don't have to.

Wow is the least that I can say about…
Wow is the least that I can say about the financial support of Trupanion. Our 9year old rescue husky suddenly became paralyzed and needed emergency spine surgery. thank goodness for insurance or else it would have been nearly impossible to pay $15k for all the scans blood work surgery and post care and without a second to loose as it was immediate decision to her have operated on her Trupanion came to the rescue. they covered 90% of the cost. i am grateful to your company and for saving the quality of my babies life. thank you soooo much!!!

Our Goldendoodle has been receiving chemo treatments for 5 months for lymphoma and is doing wonderful! I hate to think where we'd be if I didn't have Healthy Paws insurance. The claims process is extremely easy and FAST!

Poor customer service
I recently submitted a claim for which Trupanion deducted $200. I have made three attempts through email to find out why the deductible was applied. I have yet to receive ANY feedback. I think this is totally unacceptable given the expense of this program.

Very satisified!
Our beloved Goldendoodle was diagnosed with lymphoma this summer at the age of 8 1/2. She has been receiving chemo treatments for the past 5 months that have saved her life! I don't know what we'd do without our insurance, as our bills will exceed $10,000 and we've paid a fraction of that. The claims process is very easy and I've received reimbursement into my bank account typically within 2 days.

Hardly anything is covered
Hardly anything is covered, not sure what I even am paying for anymore. I have tried many claims all within my policy and nothing is being paid. It is very disappointing and frustrating. Other companies are cheaper and cover much more.
