Pre-existing condition, covered after six months
I love the website because it’s clear about what it offers. Finding out that many pets will cover my dogs broken leg after six months if there is no problem with it six months from now got me excited to choose this pet insurance.

Very trustworthy but the premium goes up and up.
I have been using Embrace to cover my baby girl for 14 years now. The process of submitting receipts and getting reimbursed is easy, stress free and seamless. My only complaint is how they Jack up your premiums all the time. When I started I was paying around $80 a month. Now I’m paying $240 a month, but my girl is also fighting cancer so I feel relieved I have Embrace to help me keep costs at a minimum with 90% reimbursement!

Awful website and customer service
I just logged onto the website to update my credit card expiration date, and the site does not have a "save" function once you have input your card info. Each time I enter it and then check back, my old expiration date reappears. No problem, I assume, just call customer service to update the payment information. Wrong!! The customer service number takes me to an automated system with an absurdly long menu and no way to reach an agent. Although the insurance did process and pay my claim appropriately last year, their website and customer service earns them low marks.
