Very good coverage and affordable plan
Very good coverage and affordable plan. It's easy to file to a claim. Only con is processing times are 1-2 months long, so by the time a claim is processed you will have to log in again and check back to recall what you've filed. User interface could be a bit better since you'll need to click around more to find a claim you're trying to look for.

Predatory and scummy
They wouldnt accept a claim on my last policy because it was past 90 days. I dont know what would change in 90 days other than to scam you out of your benefits. They want a year of vet records before your first claim I only discovered on trying to make the claim the first time. It took me a while to get it just to get denied because it was too late. I also wasnt notified that my renewal was going up almost double and didnt until 3 months in. I just wasted 700 dollars on this over the past year for nothing. This is not worth it for a 5000 max.

I'm so happy with Embrace Pet Insurance. Getting reimbursed for covered expenses is a breeze. I have not had any problems with this insurance since I purchased it last year. My cousin is the one who recommended it. She has had it for years for her cat. Thank you Embrace.

Shockingly satisfied
We have had dog insurance through PetsPlusUs since Enzo was 12 weeks old - so he had a clean slate medical record. We opted for the higher coverage with a low 10% copay and $100 yearly deductible. I recently made a claim for the first time and was extremely pleased at how streamlined the process was and how quick the reimbursement occurred. One thing I really like about PetsPlusUs is that they cover basically everything - including the diagnostic exam! I’m so thankful we chose this insurance provider and I would highly recommend choosing this insurer especially if your pup is young and hasn’t had any vet visits for previous issues (as these will be an exclusion in the policy which most people don’t understand and then later get mad when it’s not covered).

Many Pets was my first insurance I have ever used. It was a Godsend! My sweet doggy had been diagnosed with lymphoma and while it was a tough time with the treatments and eventually losing her to the cancer, Manypets made the experience so much better with easy reimbursements and the thoughtful touches when she passed. I now use them for my new pup and will only use them. I highly recommend 👌
