Slow Claim Processing
Processing times after you submit a claim are far too long! You should not have to wait nearly 2 months to get a claim worked.

Trupanion is a Lifesaver
We are so grateful we got Trupanion when our dog Rupert was young. Now at 9 years old, he was diagnosed with Kushings Disease. It has cost so much money!!! And Trupanion has paid 90% of all the brain MRI bills and medicine. I don't know what we'd do without Trupanion.

I only got an email and never received a coverage card. So I had to go back through my thousands of emails just to find my original email that stated my dog was covered.

Submitted a wellness claim for over $400....nothing in return.
Submitted a wellness claim for over $400 and you reimbursed me $40 something?? Makes absolutely no sense to us or our Vet. Doesn't seem worth the $70 something I pay you each month for Rocket's policy. I don't understand how you can justify not reimbursing by saying an item "was previously paid during the past year" when his Fecal test, blood work and all his other once a year preventative procedures and medications have taken place "only" once each year. When I look back at how much you have "actually paid us in claims vs how much I've paid you for Rocket's insurance since we've had him....I don't see how you can justify advertising how "valuable" Pets Best Insurance actually is. Seriously considering taking our business elsewhere (you have tons of competition out there by the way).

I recently purchased a policy for my Pet Samson, on 11-01-21. The next day I took Samson Cantu in to get his First Exam and Vaccinations and I submitted an invoice for the Exam and Vaccinations needed. The next day I received an email from Prudent Pet letting me know the claim had been approved and a check was being sent to me for over half of the total Invoice. Great start to coverage
My cat went in for her 1st physical and it went great. I submitted the pdf statement from my email to the Figo website and with in 48 hrs I had 80% if the bill covered. I wish I had set up my coverage for 100% next year I renew with Figo coverage. I also let the Vet office that I have Figo coverage and they were shook at the affordable price I payed for a year ahead subscription.
