Awful Experience
Unfortunately. This company is awful and all affiliates. They charged me the "premium" rate in November of ~$120 with a 90% reimbursement. I changed to a lower rate afterwards with an 80% reimbursement. I had a claim during that month and they did not pay me out at the appropriate 90% for the amount I paid, nor did they give me the $50 back for the new and cheaper rate. I was kind enough to say they could pick which of the two options they preferred. Unfortunately by not doing either option they stole from me and will be filing BBB complaint, disputing with my bank and contacting a lawyer. Additionally, I am lucky that my fiance is a veterinarian and informed me that this company is indeed awful. The amount paid does not remotely reflect the appropriate coverage. There are better insurers out there, you would be wise to choose on of these options. Dr. Wines

BIGGEST SCAM!!
BIGGEST SCAM!!! I signed up my dog to this insurance because he was already a senior dog. He was healthy but i did it just in case anything were to happen. A couple of months later he got sick, i went to an emergency service where I spent $2500 and then i had to take to him to the vet a few more times, I ended up having to put him to sleep because the his diagnosis him with a brain tumor.THIS insurance gave me THE HARDEST TIME; they insisted that my dog died of back pain when the vet clearly SAID he had cancer. They NEVER reimbursed me for ANYTHING. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY HERE!

All insurance is a scam…
The price of the Wellness power up is not worth the amount of the refund versus the amount of out of pocket cost. For example, first ever vet visit (4 month old kitten), two vaccines, total of $95.99. I have the Wellness Plus package which covers $50 of vaccines. I covered $45.99 for vaccines this visit. I still have another round of the feline distemper shot to go (another $55.29), yet I’ve already reached my max in the very first vet visit in this kittens lifetime. So I will be paying an out of pocket total (JUST for vaccines) of $101.28. Yet I am paying $198 for a year of the Wellness Plus AND paying more than that out of pocket for completely necessary vaccines and more. After the ONE visit I’ve hit my max on vaccines, wellness exams, AND tests. Spent a total of $256.78 and only got $135 back…
