Fast, Easy claims process
"My cat Shere Khan ate 2 screws and needed emergency surgery. He had some complications with the surgery and it got really expensive really fast. His bill ended up being just shy of $11,000. It was a huge relief to know I could get him the care he needed without stressing about the cost. I filed the claim on a Friday night, it was a holiday weekend and I was shocked to hear my claim was accepted and my money was on the way just 4 days later on a Tuesday. The money was in my account 1 week after the claim was filed. It was beyond easy and fast and definitely a life saver. I highly recommend pets best to every pet parent. "

I didn’t apply for pet insurance
I didn’t apply for pet insurance. My dog passed away just after February. I have no pets. Especially not one named bob. And I don’t know a Lisa. So wtf. Why have you emailed me. I have no pets. I don’t want more pets. Please let me know if Lisa has stolen my credit card or email. Again I have no pets yet received an application approval for a woman I don’t know.

I was confused on the website, so I called and spoke with Nadine. She is very friendly and helpful. She corrected an error I had made and helped me get enrolled. She is an outstanding customer service representative. She answered all my questions with patience and understanding. Now I feel I am doing the best for my dog.
