Excellent client service.
Excellent client service. I have yet to make a claim... However, the rep was well informed, assisted me in getting started on my multiple claims, and assired me that if I have any questions along the way, I'm free to call the company 24/7! That's fantastic & compassionate service! processed..... of course the bottomline will be how the claims are processed. (I was informed about deductibles so there will be no surprises.)

Just normal insurance
It takes 15-20 days to process claims, normally. I had to wait even longer. My vet was sending the docs but they kept saying they didn't have them. At one point they couldn't review it because an invoice had two dates on it, on for a Rx pick up and one for a B12 shot but then after I called they decided it was okay and they could process. After all the back and forth they decided a high lab mark was enough for pre-existing and I basically spent hours on the phone and chat to not have any coverage anyway. I'm still waiting on my second dog because they can't read the medical history. It's a huge pain. I will keep the insurance for my second dog for emergencies. If I were to go back I would request reviews of the records before I do any claims so I wouldn't waste money on premiums. Overall, people are nice enough but at the end of the day it's just like other insurance companies out there.
