Saved Boxer Dog with 7 cancer lumps
On November 14, 2022 our Boxer was diagnosed with 6 cancer lumps. Our vet sent the estimate to Trupanion and within 10 minutes his surgery was approved. Trupanoin paid our vet directly and we only paid the deductible plus the office visit. When he went into have stitches removed, another lump was found. Since it was the same kind of cancer, Trupanion cover the full cost of the second surgery. Thank you Trupanion, with your help we were able to save our "fur baby". 🙂

My dog has been having post-op rehab
My dog has been having post-op rehab. Sometimes the claims are paid and sometimes the same treatments are denied depending on the underwriter. I have used Embrace for over 10 years but will change from them for my subsequent dogs because they have become so inconsistent. Also, different underwriters give different interpretations of identical covered modalities. They have become a nightmare to deal with. and every claim turns into a phone call.
