Pet Insurance Is Important
My Yorkie was diagnosed with TCC bladder cancer in September 2022. Fetch has not denied a single claim for his treatments from the standard chemo treatments to the FidoCure treatment. These treatments are by no means inexpensive. Without the coverage offered by Fetch the financial decisions would have been much more difficult. I urge everyone to carry insurance on their pets. Yes, it's not inexpensive as they get older, but it is a lot less expensive than paying for a cancer diagnosis out of pocket.

Worse Customer Service Experience of My Life
Absolutely disgusting behavior from this company. I called to request further information before I bought insurance for my pet and a customer service rep named Jason decided to talk down to me and be utterly disrespectful on call when I asked for a supervisor he said there was no one. I can't believe a company like this would allow such behavior and rudeness to customers.
