Great and consistent service!
Great and consistent service! Over the years, having pet insurance with Healthy Paws has come in extremely handy, reducing huge medical bills from my cat's conditions down to much more manageable amounts. Healthy Paws is alway very clear about what is / isn't covered and why, and is quick to evaluate and reimburse a claim.

Cat broke femur
Our cat broke his femur and required surgery (femoral head excision). The surgery was costly. Fetch was incredibly responsive to my requests and processed claims quickly. This would have been thousands of dollars out of pocket and I received no questions/pushback whatsoever, having provided only what was requested of me (procedure estimate and medical records). I was very happy with the service provided.

My dogs have been insured with Trupanion for 12 years now
I have two miniature australian shepherds that have been insured with Trupanion since they were 10 weeks old and they are now 12 years old. Trupanion has been a lifesaver. I did a lot of research before choosing Trupanion, and I feel like I made the best choice. They are wonderful to work with, caring and helpful. They process claims quickly! As you well know, no insurance is cheap, but Trupanion has more than paid for itself in my opinion.

Amazing Experience
When my collie needed an MRI and spinal tap, Trupanion immediately evaluated the claim and approved it. A few days later after the procedure, I submitted the final paid invoice to Trupanion, and they immediately approved it. Two days after that, Trupanion deposited the funds into my account, less my deductible. I only wish that medical insurers for humans were as accountable and timely as Trupanion.
