I’d give Many Pets zero stars if I…
I’d give Many Pets zero stars if I could. They cancelled my insurance saying I didn’t pay yet my card was on auto draft and perfectly fine. Then they admitted they error occurred in their system. Instead of reinstating my policy at my rate they gave me a new rate of $25 higher per month. Wish I had never left Healthy Paws for this company but found a better insurance company.

Very disappointed in Trupanion
Very disappointed in Trupanion. Can never get ahold of CS. Deny you claim without looking at everything. Will do everything they can to find a bogus pre existing condition.

Monica was very helpful in helping me sort out the coverage for our two dogs. She answered all of my questions and offered me the two-dog discount without me even knowing about it. The expense of the insurance was cheaper than any of the others I had looked at and was able to be tailored to our situation and needs.
