I can't say enough praise about the process of Metlife! Our sales advisor explained everything in detail, gave us choices and really took his time with us! The process to submit claims our SO easy and it gets deposited right to your account! If you LOVE your furbabies, you jeed bvb to absolutely insure them do bvb they get all the care they need. The price is fantastic! You can rest knowing your baby is covered ❤

I had three separate claims at my little guy's end of life. My Prudent adjuster was very helpful and compassionate. Each of my claims were settled and approved in less than two days. It was really helpful to have this part of that difficult process made so easy for me. I would highly recommend Prudent!

Such a Simple Process
It was easy to submit a claim to Trupanian. They processed the claim within a couple of days. They explained deductibles and amount covered clearly. I thought the reimbursement amount was quite generous. Our dog was very sick. Trupanion made it possible to give Gracie all the care she needed.

An absolute must-have.
I have had Embrace for almost a decade. All 3 of my dogs are Embraced and goodness, does that give me piece of mind. Embrace has had my back when I needed them most. Most of my family's pets are also with Embrace. It is an absolute must-have.

Super friendly and helpful
Super friendly and helpful. The representative who called me after signing up, made a wonderful impression on behalf of the company. He was kind and welcoming and made sure I had any questions answered. At first when I received the call I thought it would be one of those annoying calls you get from your own health insurance company where they ask you to sign up for a bunch of their “health” programs but that wasn’t this call at all. He asked how we and our new puppy are doing and then if we had any questions about our coverage. He was through but kept the conversation moving and short, which was very much appreciated. After getting off the call, I wondered why our own health insurance company wasn’t as good as our pets?
