Filing a claim with SPOT was a…straightforward experience
We’ve been with SPOT since 2022, and this was our first time submitting a claim. The claim filing process was straightforward; everything was easy to understand, and the agents who managed my calls were always ready to help and respond to my concerns. When your little puppies are sick, the last thing you want to focus on is the medical costs; it is reassuring to know that SPOT is looking out for us.

They have really listened to customer feedback
I've been with Pets Best for almost 4 years now and the coverage and cost have been very reasonable. Unfortunately one of my dogs who I adopted that was born in a shelter, ended up developing many genetic chronic health issues that have not been cheap to treat and maintain his comfort level at only 3 years old, but having this insurance has made it possible for me to give him the best quality of life possible and still put food on the table. My other dog was born in the same shelter and her bills don't come close to his, but the policy still pays for itself with her and any accident or illness she has had. Affordable vet care is such a struggle right now, and Pets Best is making it possible to keep my dogs as healthy as possible. My own real complaint was the time it took for claims to be processed and money reimbursed, they have really stepped up their game on that after the last customer satisfaction survey. They are still a longer waiting time than most companies, but it is much shorter now, but the coverage makes up for it. I'm extremely grateful for Pets Best and getting the insurance plan as soon as I adopted my pups was the best decision I could have ever made for them.
