Fetch Coverage
Fetch has been great coverage for dog. Claims are processed quickly. My only complaint is our premiums nearly doubled when our dog was diagnosed with renal failure and high blood pressure.

Don’t risk it; Fetch it!
Fetch came through for me and Gidget when my fur baby had to have extensive dental work done. The whole thing cost over $3000 and Fetch covered 80%! The process was painless, not the dental surgery for Gidget surely, but the reimbursement process for her mama. Fetch insurance is affordable and reliable. I never received any information regarding my policy. My bank account was immediately deducted an exorbitant amount and I was sent an email to fill out a form which I had no account number nor plan information to refer to. I wish I had shopped around. The name ASPCA was misleading.

Reliable and def worth it
One of my dogs teared a tendon and has needed extensive care from physio to ultrasounds and shockwave therapy, all in the thousands, and Fetch has covered 80% of absolutely everything. I’d say the only downside is that it’s taking them about a month to pay back, but it’s great to know that it will get covered each time, even for ongoing issues like this one. Their customer service and app are great too

Company does not want to pay
Had procedure performed on my dog for breathing concerns. Vet put in treatment plane it was medically necessary. Claim was denied as elective, contacted company and was told to file an appeal. no communication since appeal was filed 30 days ago, was told could take up to 90 days when I contacted them.

Affordable but comprehensive coverage
I’ve reviewed a few pet insurance quotes before settling to get Petplan/ Fetch by the Dodo. It’s covers a lot of things but is cheaper than the others. I got it when our dog was still a puppy and I’m glad I have it now since my dog had some health issues. They process claims promptly and you can easily contact them if you have questions.

Pets Best delivers
I have been only with pets best for a few months. However, pets best delivered when they are needed the most. My pup had an emergency surgery which was the quite expensive. Pets best team handled things in a timely manner through out the process. And there is no bulls***. We got reimbursed as expected. Thanks Pets best. Will definitely refer to my friends and family.
