At first I wasn't sure if I really needed pet insurance, but to be honest it was the best decision. My Bernie Pena (Saint Bernard) was born on March 28th, 2015 and we had him for 7 amazing years. Unfortunately, there was issues with his spinal cord. I saw a lot of people put down their dogs because it was too expensive to simply diagnose their dogs. When we were put into an uncomfortable position to take our Saint to the hospital, we did it without hesitation because we knew that our insurance covered 90% of the bill with a $500.00 deductible. We did everything we could knowing that money (because of our insurance) was not an issue. I told myself that I would hate to be put in a position of putting my dog to sleep because of money. When my Saint passed away ASPCA called to give me their condolences. To everyone that I once talked to at ASPCA for a claim/ insurance questions, Thank you! During hard times you made life easier!

I was so discouraged and disappointed
I was so discouraged and disappointed, already shopping around. In previous times it had been very rough contact with customer service. It took me a few days to get the courage, until I called and got Gina; what a way to WOW a customer, in just one interaction everything was dissipated. Empathy, understanding, listening, patience, all good skills she has. Now, I’m not shopping around anymore. Gina made me feel me and my Leia are in good hands Message to Fetch: I don’t usually leave feedback in any website. But I cannot just skip Gina’s. You have a treasure with you. Do what you have to do, but never lose her. Let Gina train other agents and share the empathy and care she has in her blood. Thank you Gina! You are an amazing person..

Trupanion Is The Best!
I was very skeptical about buying pet insurance for the first time even though I have had several dogs who had expensive medical issues. Fast forward and I have a new mini Scnauzer. I did my research and chose Trupanion and I am grateful that I did! My puppy had to go to the ER for a life-threatening issue with her spine and she is under my careful watch now. I filed my claim online with Trupanion and within 48 hours it had been processed! I was so relieved to have this handled quickly and stress-free! Thanks, Doggie Mom in Houston, TX

Give Trupanion a try; you won’t regret it!
I have had Trupanion insurance for 3 different dogs for the last 3 1/2 years. Their insurance policies are very flexible. Filing a claim is very easy and if your vet works with Trupanion, your vet and Trupanion work with each other to directly pay the vet, without any additional work from you. Finally their customer service is top notch! Give Trupanion a try, for accidents or pets getting into poisonous items, ER visits cost a lot of money. Pet insurance is the way to go.
