the claim was sent directly to trupanion. I did not have to do any paperwork and the claim went through almost immediately. I was reimbursed within days.

great support during a difficult time
Thank you for your prompt responses and payments during a trying time. Because our dog, Zoya, was euthanized, we no longer require coverage. Please cancel the policy. We are not presently ready to take responsibility for a new pet but when we do so we will request a new policy.

From being very clear about what vet visits, prescribed meds, surgeries, to even alternative care options are covered to their team reaching out post surgery just to see how my dog is doing.
