So far so good new customer so really…
So far so good new customer so really only have had a wellness an orthopedic vet visit. Did this as part of contract for embrace an my breeder plus needed to get DejaVu meet an in system with my veterinarian. Thumbs up so far we will be adding another dog soon as pups are due in a few months. Like that I get a 10% discount for adding another pet plus I got a military discount. So that tells me they care

Easy process
This was my first time submitting a claim. I can't believe how easy it was through the Trupanion app. From submitting the claim to getting approved for payment was one week. Thank you for making a horrible situation end with a great result. I highly recommend Trupanion.

Great and worth while
I have only had this insurance about a year through my job and it was the best decision i have ever made. It should not have taken me this long to get a plan. I have only had one misunderstanding with this plan it was solved in no time.

Their online forms are so easy to fill out, and they answer all of your questions and the price is certainly right and in the past I have used them before and they pay quickly without problems and they’re highly efficient so for me when I have problems with my baby doggy I don’t want problems with anything else they’re wonderful

Overall pretty satisfied
Generally, have been quite happy with ASPCA pet insurance. They are good about reimbursing vet expenses - based on the plan I have for both dogs. You have to be aware of the type of plan you have and what it covers but they are pretty good about explaining. I submit through my vet, so it's very easy. I feel, like most retirees, it's a little pricey on a monthly basis but has certainly helped out in the long run.

Do not recommend wasting money
Do not recommend wasting money . Although customer service people were nice, they denied my claim on my kitty who needed a tumor removed . Why??! There were no preexisting conditions. They tout paying for cancer and it's treatments, but when it came time to pay they denied it, saying her unrelated pancreatitis that she had had the previous year was the reason they couldn't pay. She had elevated white cell count, from having had pancreatitis. So they denied any coverage at all. Again, I did like their customer service people when I called but it's useless in my opinion .. maybe only in the case of an emergency for your pet. The only reason I gave any stars is for good customer service. On top of all this they took forever to review my claim. What a waste again. Should have just paid on credit card like I had to do in the first place and saved the monthly premiums for this company. They did absolutely NOTHING to help me . 😠

The only reason i gave three stars is that I signed up for ASPCA insurance three days ago and still have no policy number, or any information about how to handle claims. It makes me feel as though I sent my initial payment into thin air. This information should have come sooner.

Trupanion comes through again
I wasn't expecting to receive that much insurance money when I filed my claim for the emergency vet visit I completed with my Cavapoo, Lucca. He was having difficulty going to the bathroom and needed medical attention. I wasn't thinking about filing a claim during the hours I waited for him to be seen and provided for until I woke up the next morning and remembered that Trupanion is there for me. I filed the claim and they provided a substantial amount to cover my expenses at the emergency vet. I am both relieved and grateful that I have this insurance coverage for my pet.
