Ease of Deployment and cost effective.
Better price points and coverage, easier to understand than most principle big corporate names in the pet/animal insurance category. Sign up, and navigating the system and their options was quite a breeze. Almost too easy really.

Claims process for multiple pet policies is not very clear
Embrace generally seems to cover expected costs of wellness visits with the wellness "club" upgrade. I do find the claim process unclear and often a bit glitchy- the "diagnosis" button in particular often does not appear and you have to go back and forth through the screens in the claim uploading process to get it to reveal itself, which is annoying. I also am not clear if I can submit one claim for my two cats, who are always on the same invoice as I take them together for their annual wellness visits. Until this is clarified, I submit two separate claims, which is what the site seems to suggest is the fastest way to process. Wish that was clearer. Insurance is onerous to me in general- the vets used to process, now it's on the owners. Just grateful for future me that I can afford it with young cats so we can afford, with insurance help, anything that comes up as they age.
