We find your payments at the vets and so there is no need to make claims when we get home . That is the best way for us. We know that we can depend on you. Our dog has had some bad luck with his health and cannot imagine how we could have coped on our own.

Trupanion Came Through
Trupanion helped out when I was in a bind. My 1 1/2 year old sheltie put his back paw through a pitch fork while playing fetch. He was taken to the Emergency Vet Clinic for treatment. The amount payable following treatment was more than I had at the time. They said they accepted Trupanion but I would have to pay the full amount up front then send a claim myself to get the amount covered. They agreed to call Trupanion for me and thank goodness Trupanion came through for me and approved the claim and sent the money through right away. Thank You Trupanion!!!! My boy has since recovered and is racing around s though nothing happened!
