User friendly questions
I tried to tell you that Fergus is actually smaller than I at first thought but I couldn't find anyplace say that. I also wanted to tell you that he had an eye removed but once again, nowhere to type that. When filling out about previous conditions I didnt understand the medical terminology for any of them. Maybe you could be a little more user friendly in your menu. Maybe someplace to tell you what we want you to know.

Who knew an insurance company could be AWESOME?
It is rare that I can say that a company has fully delivered on its word, but my experience with Embrace has been that. Every claim has been paid appropriately and very quickly without a fight (from an insurance company? Who knew?). Every time I have contacted them for a pre-approval (which I was even told wasn’t necessary but I could do if I wanted), people at Embrace have been friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to want what was best for both my pets and myself. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Embrace thus far.

I am so pleased with Trupanion. After my pup, Vader, had an unforeseen accident, I quickly got reimbursed. He also had to have multiple baby teeth pulled and I was so pleased that I was reimbursed for that as well. It’s a great feeling knowing you can give your dog the best care and not break the bank.

Healthy Paws is Outstanding
Healthy Paws is Outstanding! I would rate it at 10 stars if I could! Great customer service ~ claims reimbursed promptly as promised with a detailed explanation of benefits. My dog had to have a pacemaker implanted ~ with a bill of almost $10,000. I submitted all the paperwork ~ no questions ~ I was reimbursed within a few days. Can’t say enough good things about Healthy Paws!

Very disappointed with this insurance
Had this insurance for over a year and literally every claim we made for preventative care and or a wellness visit was rejected , We also had an accident claim all of which were rejected with no repayment or partial payment . I would’ve saved hundreds of dollars just paying out of pocket for the medical bills over paying for some insurance that refuses everything that I submit very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent service, easy claims process
My golden doodle (2.5 years old) recently faced a serious health concern that had both long term health as well as immediate financial impact. In the midst of these stressful life events, it was extremely simple to navigate the Healthy Paws app to submit claims. I remember early on, enrolling into the product was super streamlined as well. I think the Healthy Paws team has figured out the optimal balance of direct customer interaction (via emails etc ) vs self serve technology that is simple to use. I have been very impressed with the claim processing workflow that gives the customer a clear sense of processing times, explanations for coverage etc. Very happy with the Healthy Paws team and looking forward to a long continuing relationship.
