Very quick turn-around time. We had our payment within a week Very easy to submit a claim online. Our vet emailed us a copy of our dogs medical record and we downloaded it to the site and submitted the claim.

So far so good!
When I was shopping around for insurance, I didn’t see a lot of reviews for pumpkin. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it was the only insurance policy that was offering affordable payments, and it covered a lot. It was also a comprehensive insurance plan, so I didn’t have to buy an accident plan separate from a sickness plan. Fast forward six months, I submitted my first claim through an easy online portal. And it was approved within the next three weeks, as I had to submit all of my dog’s medical records. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue to update.

It was very easy to sign up
It was very easy to sign up. I hope to not have toale a claim but I hope that if I do that is also a smooth process. I do love the fact that Trupanion pays out immediately and does not require me to pay the full bill and then submit the bills in hopes of reimbursement.
