Holiday emergency handled perfectly
Over Easter weekend I had to take my dog to the emergency room - Trupanion processed multiple claims quickly and covered 90% of all costs. It was such a relief to know that I could depend on Trupanion to handle all that so I could focus on my dog - thank you!

Claims processed quickly!
The claims are processed very quickly. I was a little disappointed that not one of my claims was paid. I know some things are not covered, but I was told that I was fully covered from day one of policy, no waiting period, through my vet's office. I don't understand how everything can be pre-existing. She is only 6 months old. Please enlighten me. Thanks
