Coverage that cares
After needing emergency care for my cat, it was an easy process to submit claims and the communication was within a reasonable amount of time and the reimbursement was a huge help. Overall a great 1st time experience . I am pleased I have this insurance for my Fur baby !

Excellent service
Received top-notch service from Trupanion after having to get emergency surgery for my baby cat who was insured with them. The claims process was super easy and I got instant approvals from them every time and everything stated in the policy was covered without issues. They dealt directly with my veterinary hospital to settle bills and I did not have to go through any reimbursement processes. I called them on the phone multiple times and got to speak with wonderful and helpful agents every time instantly, never spent a second on hold. I wish more companies were such a pleasure to deal with.

They seemed to make excuses everytime I filed by saying Dog will have dog issues which aren't covered. These issues were treatments not "routine checkup." Do your research before making a bad choice with manypets.

flea and tick claim
I submitted a claim for flea and tick care. The claim was initially declined, however, after calling and inquiring I was reimbursed up to my policy limit. Considering this is a yearly claim for the same product, I was a bit surprised.
