Ease of filing a claim for an injury. What I don’t like is the policy increases every year as the pet ages. If the policy holder is with the plan since birth, there should be some discount.

I've had the privilege of witnessing Trupanion at work as I am a Veterinary Nurse of 33 years. I'm at a different location now and we decided to bring Trupanion on as of today. My own pets are insured through Trupanion and knowing that actual Veterinary staff with experience work there puts my mind at ease....not to mention the awesome customer service!

I love my Pets Best Insurance! I have had them for three years. I am no longer scared to go to the emergency room or worry whether or not my pets, who are my kids, can have a surgery I may not be able to afford on my own. They have come up big for our Charlie…
They have come up big for our Charlie he’s had to have operation on front legs and they payed to veterans and we didn’t have to wait. Also he’s have a few stomach problems and one emergency run which once again they came threw.
