Best investment ever
Insuring my dog through TRUPANION was one of the best choices I have made for her. My dog developed allergies and has had to see a specialist. Trupanion has handled every claim I have submittted quickly and efficiently. Reimbursements are directly deposited into my checking account within a few days of approval of claims. On the few occasions when I have had questions and called customer service the people I have talked to have been nothing but patient, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. We now have a second dog and we have insured him with Trupanion. If we never have to use the insurance for him, it is still peace of mind. I cannot say enough good things about Trupanion. We are so grateful that they are there for our lab. I wish our personal health insurance was half as efficient as Trupanion.

The response from embrace has been amazing so far! I was hesitant due to some reviews but im glad I signed my pets with this insurance. So far the claims have been processed really fast.The breakdown statements and app settings make the information and overall experience enjoyable and easy to understand.
