Before Submitting Receipts:
After filing a claim using receipts provided by my Vet practice, my advice is to ensure that the Vet writes the receipt clearly indicating the Vet tests and Vet services were in determination and treatment for Trupanion-covered services. If additional non-covered services were provided by the vet at the same visit(s), have them split those off on to another bill.

Peace of mind now
thoroughly researched many pet insurances and decided this was best for what I was looking for. The website was very easy to navigate and easy to apply for. Speaking with customer service rep was very helpful and informative. She patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Thankfully have not used it yet to comment on that aspect! I insured all 3 of my dogs and feel a big weight of worry off my shoulders. Can't comment on the claims and reimbursement process at this time but hope it goes as smooth and stressfree as joining was!
