My experience with Trupanion is that the customer service associates are very nice BUT the claims experience is VERY NEGATIVE as I have found that NO is their usual reply requiring utilizing an appeal process which is always emotional.

If I had to do over again I would not have signed up for Trupanion's pet insurance.
