ALL IS WELL!
Penny helped me with my boys' insurace. There was too many things going on at one time, renewal, correcting breed, and changing deductibles. It was pretty confusing. All is well now! Penny is such an asset to Pet's Best, I hope they realize this!! SHE SAVED A CUSTOMER!!! She took her time, listened, and gave me great feedback! THANK YOU PENNY!!

Repeated deductble
My dog is being tested for Cushing’s, given different tests at two veterinary clinics. She was referred to Blue Pearl for an ultrasound to obtain further information. Although Blue Pearl indicated that this claim was related to a previous claim, I was still charged the $150 deductible which shouldn’t be charged. This is the third deductible charge for the diagnostic process for Cushing’s disease. I have appealed the second charge and will have to appeal this third charge. I will not be recommending Trupanion to anyone as a result of their inability to get this figured out.

A great supportive company!
We had Trupanion for 13 years with our yorkie. We unexpecedly lost him a while back. Through those years Trupanion was wonderful with their support. We now have a Morkie puppy and did not hesitate to sign him up with Trupanion. They make it so easy! Great company and great sincere service!!

Amazing Client Experience with Amber
Both Cassandra (original intake representative) and Amber (the representative who helped me today) were amazing! Amber quickly established a great experience by showing care for the reason I called, for my family (including our fur babies of course), and for me as a person. Amber went above and beyond in helping me transition my premium payments from payroll deductions to direct payment from me as I’m out on a leave of absence from work. She took time and explained everything, field questions, and ensure I was educated on next steps, what to expect, and how to transition back to payroll deductions once I return to work. I will always ask for her when I call Nationwide Pet Insurance in the future due to the above and beyond client experience. She made my day and accomplished my needs. A huge thank you to Amber!!
