Janelle handle us with care
Janelle was kind and very knowledgeable about this policy. She went over everything thoroughly and answered all questions. We found this policy to be very reasonable to all that we have looked at. When I got off the phone I told my husband She was so kind and a lot of company representatives could take some pointers from her on how to properly handle speaking over the phone with that type of company knowledge and insight.

The Best Pet Insurance!!!
We have ( unfortunately) had many vet trips, mostly to the emergency vet. Trupanion. Makes it so much less stressful, the claims process is simple, im using the app now, the people are awesome, and the fact you do pre-authorizations takes so much pressure off, especially when the pup is having problems which is already too much stress!
