I truly appreciate the coverage BUT
I truly appreciate the coverage, however, Customer Care I couldn’t understand because of the accent. When I want something as important as my pets insurance, I should be able to understand your agent. I also was told someone would call me regarding updating my plan and I have not heard anything.

Customer service has greatly declined…
Customer service has greatly declined in the last few years, they used to be great but now they have outsourced their call center and often times you get someone who is not familiar with animal health, etc. I am cancelling my policies with them, it's too hard to get an answer. Rates continue to go up and they are reducing coverage. There are plenty of other 5 star insurance companies with far better reviews and customer service.
