I have not received the third and largest check for a significant claim under my policy. I was told yesterday that it would take 2-3 weeks to send a new check. To my way of thinking, it should take 2 days and the new check should be delivered overnight.

I’ve had Healthy Paws for three different cats and two have needed to use the insurance at some point in time. The latest health scare would have cost us thousands, but we submitted our claims and within a week it was approved and the check was in the mail! They make it so easy, with no stipulations (much easier than human insurance) and I’m so grateful to have them. They even follow up asking about how my kitty is doing. Highly recommend!!
