Worst pet insurance ever. Customer service non existent. Nobody answer phone or emails. Never paid any claims for me. Scam

Not at all what I expected
Not at all what I expected. Waited for almost a month for a decision. Never missed or been late with a payment. Had the insurance since she was 12 weeks old. My dog had never been sick or needed hospitalization. Paid close to 2k and reimbursed barely 350.00. Will not recommend.

This insurance is completely worthless
This insurance is completely worthless. Want to spay/neuter your pet? Not covered. Yearly exams and vaccines? Not covered. Pet needs meds? Not covered. I have three dogs and my vet offered an inhouse rewards type program that I turned down due to having this worthless policy. Then when I went to submit my claims they were almost completly denied reembursment. We ended up spending over $3000 out of pocket and only recieved about $200 in approved claims. Youre better getting on a plan with your vet or just saving your money. This policy is complete trash!

Claim had to escalate to a manager after 6 weeks. Terrible customer service. Cancel my policy was a nightmare.

I Have purchases and used other pet insurance policies in the past years but have never been as happy with any as I am with MetLife. My claims are paid within 2 weeks, and it is so easy to file. I am very pleased with everything about this company.
