Pixie’s emergency operation
Last month, my fur baby was diagnosed with pyometra (bacterial infection of the uterus) and needed to have surgery because the condition is life threatening. The operation was expensive since it is an emergency procedure but Embrace covered most of the charges and I was able to get my claim reimbursement on time.

Dr. Scott Kilcullen is the best. Our Remo, an English Bulldog, has been plagued with severe allergies almost from day one. Dr Scott has been there with us every step of the way. It's been an uphill battle with a lot of ups and downs, but he's made very good progress. I HIGHLY recommend him.

I am new to my cat and shopped around for the right insurance. This one had the best price for the best coverage. Their customer service is top notch.

Bad pet insurance never buy Trupanion
Got pet insurance thru recommendation of my Vet for Trupanion. What bad customer service and my dog had no issues when I got the insurance. 4 mths later had a leg or hip issue. They would not cover it. Said it was preexisting.. was not. Vet wrote a letter and called the ins company to dispute it. It took them 2 mths to review and they stilled charged the monthly coverage. They never reimbursed those mths! And they never covered my pets condition that was not anything to do with an ACL tear as they said it was and would not cover even though the insurance said it would cover. A big scam snd waste of time and money. Sooooo sad and frustrating!! Do not buy insurance thru them.

Excellent service
Our sweet boy had full CCL and meniscus surgery one week ago. Within 5 days, the claim for surgery was processed, approved and paid. Healthy Paws even sent an email to check on my dog. Thank you for making this process stress free!
