The rate for my two dogs went up just after one year, now on year two. As of right now neither dogs are high maintenance and just this last two months did I ever reach the deductible for one dog. I do not understand why the monthly rate would rise when I had not asked for major coverage of anything from Embrace.

It took 30 days!
It took 30 days! THIRTY days!! The entire point of me carrying this insurance is to lighten the burden an emergency vet trip puts on the finances. 30 days later is far too late. And no explanation, no updates. A couple lame apologies is all I got. Oh wait! I also got a premium increase on a 3 year old dog with no medical issues. How do you like them apples?

Our experience with Fetch has been a good one. Communication with Fetch has always been very good. Fetch gives detailed information about our claim and when to expect an answer to the payment of the claim.

Once again great service
I have been with Embrace for 8 years now. Service has always been top notch. Recently it seemed one of my claim submittals was missed. I waited a while (actually a few months) and finally called. They were quick to acknowledge that it was somehow not addressed. It was quickly processed, and I received my wellness claim benefits within a couple days. Ryan was awesome and did not back pedal on their oversight.

I’m not sure this is a legitimate company. They show a phone number, but it doesn’t connect in Canada or in the USA. Emails are not answered and returned. What good is this?

I've had MetLife for a year and a half & I'm appalled by the bad reviews, reminds me of paid hacks posting negative reviews on Yelp
I've had MetLife for a year and a half. Every claim has been paid, the longest I've had to wait was 2 weeks. They pay for all parasite % heartworm preventatives, with wellness they pay 100% of vet visits and they pay what the vet charges, not some silly limit like $150 for a spay/neuter that you see with some companies. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews but I can't believe they have gotten that many complaints, they have been great!

I am very happy with Fetch
I am very happy with Fetch. This is the first pet insurance I have ever purchased. I had to file a couple claims and Fetch kept me updated on the progress to review and finalize the claim. I was very impressed with the short amount of time it took to finalize and deposit directly into my bank account. I would highly recommend Fetch pet insurance.

Boxer puppy had a GI Tract inflammation problem for several months. Billing response was very quick and received payment within a few days. Would highly recommend Fetch as service was GREAT!!
