Now, this is great service!
My vet suddenly told me they had stopped submitting their invoices to Trupanion, so I called and to my surprise they said - no problem. Just sent whatever you have. I did., They paid on Margarita's rattle snake bite so fast I was stunned. Like literally in 48 hours they analyzed the claim, processed payment, and it was in my bank. That is what I call service.
