Trupanion has excellent response time
I'm blown away with the incredible swift response from Trupanion with the immediate and costly medical treatments required to treat Parker's condition. In an extremely stressful time, I am so grateful for knowing I have this crucial help to pay for the treatments he needs. Getting Trupanion, and keeping it for all of these years when he didn't need it, was one of the smartest things I've ever done. It certainly has paid off now that he does need it. I highly recommend getting a plan if you don't already have one.

Our first experience with pet…
Our first experience with pet insurance. Glad we made the decision to insure our two kittens as one incurred a serious issue requiring weekend emergency surgery. Claim process was straight forward and completed in 2 weeks by direct deposit payment. No surprises and customer service personnel are excellent.

Beware of Price Increase & Coverage Decrease
The first year of coverage is okay. However, expect them to decrease coverage at renewal while they also increase the monthly premium. You can never increase coverage. They don't tell you this clearly when signing up. I would steer clear of these guys. Check out AKC. They have much better coverage their pre-existing exclusion is only for 365 days. After that those conditions are covered. You can switch to them and then drop Fetch,
