"I had a problem where my vet did not submit my pets medical records in time. All of my claims were closed, not denied just closed. I was worried that I would have to resubmit them all over again with the medical records. But your representative was able to have the claims reviewed and she also confirmed that she received the upload that I did with my pets medical records. It was a huge relief. And it only took a few weeks for everything else to get resolved. I'm very thankful for her help and for Pets Best for helping me with my claim 100% satisfied! "

Although he’s a German Shepherd/Husky mix, the evidence strongly suggests he’s part goat—given his passion for eating rocks, socks, and elastic. After three goat‑adjacent emergencies and some research, I decided to give Pets Best a try. You make everything so easy, and I’ll absolutely be spreading the word anytime pet insurance comes up.
